The file named C_sativa_CBDRx_Dec_2018.2bit contains sequence data from http://cannabisgenome.org/cs10files/cs10.fasta.gz converted to 2bit format using twoBitToFa.
The file genome.txt lists sequences and their sizes. It was made from C_sativa_CBDRx_Dec_2018.2bit using twoBitInfo and then manually edited to list C and M chromosomes after the nuclear chromosome assemblies. Both twoBitInfo and twoBitToFa are available from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/.
